I am an established head of production or senior executive producer, taking all facets of
coordination for festivals and events under my wing. My expertise lies in managing festivals,
concerts, events, TV- and theatre shows. Besides this, I am an experienced guest coordinator, a
hospitality connoisseur and a real people's person with a passion for all things related to
entertainment. I run my own company called MIM Productions and I'm happy to introduce myself.
My name is Loubna Fonseca and I am an all-round event professional.
It takes a special kind of drive to make festivals, big shows and performances run smoothly at that
high professional level. I have worked for the Rotterdam Beats Festival, Buma Harpen Gala,
Amsterdam Dance Event and for several festivals in West Africa and Cabo Verde for large
concerts by African Artists; Livity, Kassav and Splash and theatre productions like 'Soldaat van
Oranje' (the musical) 'Shrek' (the musical). I enjoy coming up with tailor made creative and
effective solutions for each production and every challenge. Every day is different, and so every
challenge I encounter I greet it with the best possible solution, without any hindrance to the crew,
the artist or the audience. I aim for the highest. And love working with colleagues who have the
same dedication. To understand the entertainment industry, means to understand it takes a real
team to create that extra bit of magic, the stardust that is so often associated with the stage.
Clients contact me the moment an artistic concept is ready for production. From then on I actively
join in the development of the overall artistic idea for practical execution. Together we start to
translate the idea into a feasible product, like a TV show, a festival, a concert, event or theatre
show inclusive of all technical aspects and the highest possible efficiency with regards to all
production management.
An important part of every production is the guest coordination. Making sure the highest quality of
service is available, making sure the timing and the locations are perfect. My company MIM
Productions plans routings, programmes, flight schedules for artists and crew in consultation with
management, hotels (inclusive of scouting and barter deals) plans press conferences in
collaboration with the PR team, arranges sound checks, produces call sheets and production
scripts in agreement with the stage-manager and show caller.
